1 pound pizza dough, divided into 2 balls; at room temperature
cup marinara sauce, plus more for serving
4 ounces shredded mozzarella, divided
12 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Sandwich Pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.

  2. On floured work surface, roll out one dough ball to 10-inch circle. Top one side of dough circle with half each of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Fold dough over filling; crimp edges to seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients to create 2 calzones. Transfer to baking sheet.

  3. Brush tops with olive oil. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Serve with additional marinara sauce.
