1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Oven Roasted Turkey, sliced
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham, sliced
1 fluid ounce halved grape tomatoes
1 cup sliced cucumbers
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette; recipe follows
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
½ fluid ounce olive oil
3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, oregano or thyme)
1 finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper


For the Salad

  1. In 4 individual serving bowls, arrange all ingredients except dressing. Serve with dressing.

For the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

  1. In tightly covered container, shake all ingredients. Shake before serving. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
