3 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Pepperoni


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Hollow out zucchini to remove seeds. Brush with olive oil.

  3. Place heaping tablespoon pizza sauce in each zucchini half.

  4. Sprinkle with cheeses. Top each with HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Pepperoni.

  5. Bake 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
