Ingredients

2 Sandwiches
 
1 (6-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Rotisserie Seasoned Deli Chicken Breast, chopped
¼ cup cayenne pepper sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup diced green onions
4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter, divided
Blue cheese dressing and additional cayenne pepper sauce for serving, if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine chicken and pepper sauce.

  2. On 2 tortillas, layer chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions, dividing evenly. Top each with second tortilla.

  3. In large skillet, over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook 1 quesadilla 3 to 5 minutes, turning once, until toasted and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining butter and quesadilla. Cut into quarters to serve. Serve with blue cheese dressing and additional cayenne pepper sauce, if desired.
