|1||(8-ounce) can refrigerated classic pizza crust|
|½||cup pizza sauce|
|2||cups shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1||(6-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni|
|1||stick mozzarella string cheese|
|¼||cup fresh parsley, chopped|
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press dough into 14×12-inch rectangle and bake 7 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Place pepperoni in football shape on the center of pizza. Pull apart string cheese lengthwise into thin strips. To make football laces, place 1 long strip horizontally on center of football. Cut cheese into 5 pieces; arrange vertically on top of horizontal strip. Sprinkle surrounding cheese with parsley, as desired.
Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp.
