These Beef Quesadillas use HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Slow Simmered Beef Shoulder Tips with Gravy for a savory meal that’s quick to make!
|4||burrito size flour tortillas|
|1||(15-ounce) packages HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Slow Simmered Beef Shoulder Tips with Gravy, heated according to package instructions|
|4||teaspoons oil, divided|
|4||teaspoons butter, divided|
|1||cup shredded mozzarella cheese|
|Suggested toppings: Pico de Gallo, avocado, sour cream, fresh cilantro|
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon butter until melted. Place 1 tortilla in skillet and sprinkle evenly with ¼ cup cheese. Spread one half of tortilla with beef mixture, breaking up larger meat pieces.
Once bottom of tortilla begins to brown, fold cheese half over beef half and press with spatula. Cook 2 minutes or until crisp, flipping halfway through. Cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 quesadillas. Serve with suggested toppings.
