This Meatloaf Melt recipe using HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce is simple to make, will keep the whole family full, and tastes delicious!
|¼||cup butter softened|
|4||slices cheddar cheese|
|1||(15-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce, heated according to package directions, sliced into 12 slices|
|1||cup grilled onions|
|Suggested toppings: Lettuce and tomato slices|
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Butter bread slices . Add 2 bread slices, buttered side down, to skillet. Top one with cheese slice. Top remaining bread slice with 3 slices meatloaf and 2 tablespoons grilled onions. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until bread is nicely browned and cheese is melted.
Assemble sandwich with desired toppings. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.
