|2||(15-ounce) packages HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Slow Simmered Beef Shoulder Tips with Gravy|
|1||cup frozen whole kernel corn|
|1||cup frozen sweet peas, thawed|
|1||(20-ounce) package HORMEL® Homestyle Mashed Potatoes|
|4||ounces cream cheese, softened|
|1||tablespoon butter, softened|
|1||teaspoon garlic powder|
|1||cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|1||tablespoon chopped parsley, if desired|
Heat oven to 350°F. Heat beef according to package directions. Stir in corn and peas. Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Cook potatoes according to package directions; spoon potatoes into a bowl. Add cream cheese, butter, and garlic powder; mashing until smooth. Spread potato mixture over vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
