1 pound JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Teriyaki Sauce, plus 2 tablespoons
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 large egg or ¼ cup egg substitute
½ cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon fresh grated gingerroot
1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Sweet Chili Sauce
¼ cup ketchup


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In large bowl, gently combine turkey, ¼ cup teriyaki sauce and next 5 ingredients. Shape turkey mixture into a loaf in a lightly greased 8 ½-x 4 ½-inch loaf pan.

  3. In small bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and ketchup. Spoon mixture over turkey.

  4. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes or until meatloaf is done. Always cook turkey to 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
