Ingredients
1 | pound JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Teriyaki Sauce, plus 2 tablespoons |
½ | cup fresh breadcrumbs |
1 | large egg or ¼ cup egg substitute |
½ | cup chopped green onion |
1 | tablespoon fresh grated gingerroot |
1 | tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Sweet Chili Sauce |
¼ | cup ketchup |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, gently combine turkey, ¼ cup teriyaki sauce and next 5 ingredients. Shape turkey mixture into a loaf in a lightly greased 8 ½-x 4 ½-inch loaf pan.
In small bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and ketchup. Spoon mixture over turkey.
Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes or until meatloaf is done. Always cook turkey to 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
