|1||(22-ounce) package frozen potato wedges|
|1||(16-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, each strip cut in half|
|½||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided|
|½||cup sour cream|
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet.
Place 1 strip ham on potato wedge. Wrap with half-slice bacon. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ham strips, potato wedges and bacon. Bake 25 minutes. Brush with 1/4 cup chili sauce. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until potato wedges are golden.
In small bowl, combine sour cream and remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce; mix well. Serve with potato wedges.
