|Oil for frying|
|2||teaspoons minced garlic|
|½||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Spicy Szechuan Sauce|
|¼||cup amber beer|
|1||tablespoon spicy mustard|
Heat oil to 325°F.
In large skillet with high sides, fry wings in hot oil, in batches until cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1 minute or until fragrant
Add Szechuan sauce and remaining ingredients; let simmer 5 minutes. In large bowl, toss wings and sauce until coated.
