|1||cup chopped cooked spinach|
|8||ounces cream cheese, softened|
|½||(.78-ounce) package CHI-CHI’S® Restaurant Seasoning Mix|
|1||(1 1/2 –pound) package HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet, original, cut into 8 chops|
|⅓||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce|
|2||cups baby spinach leaves|
|2||tablespoons olive oil|
|2||tablespoons fresh lemon juice|
|Lemon wedges, if desired|
In small bowl, combine cooked spinach, cream cheese and seasoning mix. Cut a pocket in each chop about 2 to 3 inches wide and almost through to other side. Spoon cream cheese filling inside each chop. Secure with toothpicks.
Prepare grill for medium. Grease grill. Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes each side, brushing with sauce during cooking, until chops are cooked as desired.
Place chops on 8 individual serving plate. Add spinach. Drizzle with oil, lemon juice. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
