2 teaspoons canola oil
8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® General Tso Sauce


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease large baking dish.

  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken, in batches, 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to baking dish.

  3. Add broth and General Tso sauce to baking dish; stir to combine. Bake chicken, turning occasionally, 50 minutes or until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened. Serve with some of sauce from chicken.
