  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Roast Beef Hash
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped onion
  • cup barbecue sauce, plus more to taste
  • 1½ tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices American cheese


1. In large skillet, cook hash and onion over medium heat, stirring, 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is softened. Stir in barbecue sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes longer or until hot. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve hash mixture on buns; top with cheese. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
