3 | drops hot pepper sauce |
3 | large eggs |
Directions
In bowl, toss together hash and hot sauce.
In large skillet, cook hash mixture over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Reduce heat to low.
Make 3 indentations in hash; break egg into each. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
