|¼||cup chopped celery|
|¼||cup chopped green bell pepper|
|2||tablespoons chili sauce|
|½||teaspoon chili powder|
|4||English muffins, split and toasted|
|4||(1-ounce) slices American cheese|
Heat oven to 375°F.
In bowl, combine hash, celery, bell pepper, chili sauce and chili powder; mix well. Spread hash mixture evenly on English muffin halves. Place on baking sheet.
Bake English muffin halves 10 minutes. Cut each slice cheese into 4 triangles; overlap 2 triangles on each sandwich. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
