Stuffed Spicy Pork Chops
Stuffed Spicy Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped cooked spinach
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ (.78-ounce) package
CHI-CHI’S® restaurant seasoning mix
1 (1 ½ –pound) package
HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® original center cut fillet
, original, cut into 8 chops
⅓ cup
HOUSE OF TSANG® Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce
2 cups baby spinach leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1. In small bowl, combine cooked spinach, cream cheese and seasoning mix. Cut a pocket in each chop about 2 to 3 inches wide and almost through to other side. Spoon cream cheese filling inside each chop. Secure with toothpicks.
2. Prepare grill for medium. Grease grill. Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes each side, brushing with sauce during cooking, until chops are cooked as desired.
3. Place chops on 8 individual serving plate. Add spinach. Drizzle with oil, lemon juice. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
