Teriyaki Pork and Spring Vegetable Stir-fry

DIRECTIONS


1. Prepare pork tenderloin according to package directions. Slice pork into 1/4-inch-thick medallions; keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in wok or large skillet, heat oil. Add carrots and celery. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add asparagus, peas and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
3. Transfer stir-fried vegetables to platter. Top with pork; garnish with onions.
