Teriyaki Pork and Spring Vegetable Stir-fry
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.4-ounce) package
HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin
1 tablespoon vegetable or stir-fry oil
2 large carrots, cut in half lengthwise and diagonally sliced into ¼-inch pieces
2 celery stalks, diagonally sliced into 1-inch pieces
2 cups (2-inch) pieces asparagus
2 cups sugar-snap peas
¼ cup
HOUSE OF TSANG® SAIGON SIZZLE™ Stir Fry Sauce
½ cup sliced green onions
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare pork tenderloin according to package directions. Slice pork into 1/4-inch-thick medallions; keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in wok or large skillet, heat oil. Add carrots and celery. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add asparagus, peas and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
3. Transfer stir-fried vegetables to platter. Top with pork; garnish with onions.
