1 (1.5-pound) package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
½ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
2 pieces star anise
2 cups baby bok choy, coarsely chopped
3½ ounces dried rice vermicelli noodles
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Combine chicken broth and next 5 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Add pork, cover and cook on low 6 hours.

  2. Remove pork and shred. Return pork to slow cooker.

  3. Add bok choy; cover and cook 20 more minutes.

  4. Add noodles, making sure they are submerged. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.

  5. Stir in cilantro.
