3 pounds HORMEL® Center Cut Pork Loin
½ cup vegetable oil
Zest and juice of 1 orange
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1½ teaspoons oregano
1½ teaspoons cumin
1½ teaspoons chili powder
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Flour or corn tortillas
HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Cilantro Lime
Suggested toppings: Chopped white onion, chopped cilantro, pickled red onion and lime wedges

Directions

  1. Cut pork into 3-inch chunks. Place pork in 6-quart multicooker. In small bowl, combine oil, zest and juice of orange, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over pork. Cover; pressure cook on HIGH pressure 30 minutes. Quick release pressure; let stand 10 minutes.

  2. Remove lid. Using 2 forks, shred pork into bite-size pieces. Transfer shredded pork and juices to a 9×13 baking pan.

  3. Heat broiler to HIGH. Broil 5 to 6 minutes or until pork begins to brown and crisp.

  4. Serve pork in tortillas with taco sauce and suggested toppings.
