Ingredients

 
¾ cup chicken broth
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 (24-ounce) package HORMEL® Sweet Garlic Ginger Mongolian Inspired Pork Loin Filet, sliced into thin pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
Cooked rice noodles or rice, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, chili sauce, water, cornstarch, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.

  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add pork. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer pork to a plate.

  3. To same skillet, add remaining oil. Add red and green peppers, onion and mushrooms. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ginger and garlic. Stir-fry 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in broth mixture and reserved pork. Simmer together 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly thickened and stir fry is heated through.

  5. Serve over cooked noodles.
