 
          Ingredients
| 3 | cups bread or all-purpose flour | 
| ¼ | cup granulated sugar | 
| 1 | tablespoon baking powder | 
| 1 | teaspoon salt | 
| 12 | ounces beer | 
| 1 | cup shredded Cheddar cheese | 
| 2 | tablespoons diced green chilies | 
| 2 | teaspoons dried parsley | 
| 4 | tablespoons butter, melted | 
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×5-inch loaf pan. 
- In mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in beer and mix until just incorporated. Add cheese, chilies, and parsley. Stir to combine. 
- Spread batter evenly in prepared loaf pan. Pour melted butter over the top of dough. 
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and the top is browned. 
- Let cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
