1 red onion, sliced
Olive oil
2 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
2 French bread baguettes
1 cup bbq sauce
1 (2.8-ounce) jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
2 cups shredded pizza blend cheese


  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place onions on a square of foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Fold foil over contents and seal. Place chicken on square of foil. Fold foil around contents and seal.

  2. Place both pouches on grill. Cook until chicken is heated through and onions are tender. Remove from grill and keep warm.

  3. Slice baguettes in half. Split each half for 8 total slices. Grill bread pieces until toasted. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

  4. Spread bread generously with barbecue sauce. Divide bacon, heated chicken and onions evenly over each bread slice. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
