|1||(17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry|
|1||cup jarred Alfredo sauce|
|8||ounces HORMEL® CURE 81® Diced Ham|
|2||cups finely chopped spinach|
|1||cup shredded Swiss cheese|
|1||large egg, lightly beaten|
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cut the puff pastry sheets into 5-inch squares. Set aside in the refrigerator.
In medium saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium heat. Stir in spinach, ham and cheese and cook 1 minute.
Arrange puff pastry squares on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spoon 2 scant tablespoons of Alfredo mixture in center, leaving ½-inch border.
In small bowl, whisk together egg and water. Brush edges of pastry and bake 20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
