|(18.4-ounce) packageâ¯HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
|tablespoons vegetable oil or wok oil
|large carrots, peeled, cut in half and diagonally sliced into ¼-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
|cups broccoli florets
|medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
|medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
|cups sugar snap peas
|(14-ounce) can whole baby corn, rinsed; drained well and cut in half
|cup bottled teriyaki stir-fry sauce
Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.â¯ Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet.
Add pork and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until pork reaches 160°F. Remove pork from skillet and set aside to keep warm.
In same skillet, in remaining oil, add carrots, broccoli and onion.â¯ Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add peas and pepper strips.â¯ Sauté for an additional 2 minutes.â¯ Return pork to skillet and add stir-fry sauce.
