Southwestern Pork Tostadas are a fiesta of textures and tastes, combining tender and HORMEL® Pork Roast with crisp tortillas, beans, and a medley of colorful toppings. Prepare for a culinary adventure that will transport your taste buds straight to the Southwest!
Ingredients
1 | (24-ounce) package HORMEL® Pork Roast |
12 | corn tostada shells |
1 | (15-ounce) can refried beans, warmed |
1½ | cups shredded lettuce |
¾ | cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend |
Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired |
Directions
Prepare pork as package directs. Remove pork from cooking liquid; discard cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred pork.
Spread each tostada with refried beans. Top with shredded pork, lettuce and cheese. Top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
