|1||(32-ounce) package HORMEL® Pork Roast|
|12||corn tostada shells|
|1||(15-ounce) can refried beans, warmed|
|1½||cups shredded lettuce|
|¾||cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend|
|Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired|
Prepare pork as package directs. Remove pork from cooking liquid; discard cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred pork.
Spread each tostada with refried beans. Top with shredded pork, lettuce and cheese. Top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
