1 (32-ounce) package HORMEL® Pork Roast
12 corn tostada shells
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, warmed
1½ cups shredded lettuce
¾ cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired


  1. Prepare pork as package directs. Remove pork from cooking liquid; discard cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred pork.

  2. Spread each tostada with refried beans. Top with shredded pork, lettuce and cheese. Top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
