Ingredients
| 1 | (18.4-ounce) package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces | 
| 2 | tablespoons vegetable oil or wok oil | 
| 4 | large carrots, peeled, cut in half and diagonally sliced into ¼-inch pieces (about 2 cups) | 
| 2 | cups broccoli florets | 
| 1 | medium yellow onion, thinly sliced | 
| 1 | medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips | 
| 2 | cups sugar snap peas | 
| 1 | (14-ounce) can whole baby corn, rinsed; drained well and cut in half | 
| ½ | cup bottled teriyaki stir-fry sauce |

Directions
- Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet. 
- Add pork and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until pork reaches 160°F. Remove pork from skillet and set aside to keep warm. 
- In same skillet, in remaining oil, add carrots, broccoli and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. 
- Add peas and pepper strips. Sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Return pork to skillet and add stir-fry sauce. 
- Heat until warmed through. Serve stir-fry over rice. Serves 4-6.
