1 tablespoon canola oil
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
6 corn tostadas
6 large eggs
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 jar green chile sauce or salsa


  1. Heat large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add hash. Stir occasionally until hash begins to brown.

  2. Make six open spaces for eggs to be cooked and crack them in quickly one at a time. Sprinkle each with salt and freshly ground pepper. Reduce heat to low and cover pan. Cook eggs for about 3 minutes for runny yolks, 4 minutes for hard yolks.

  3. Remove eggs and hash and spoon over individual tostadas. Top with green chile sauce or salsa.
