1 (10-inch) sun-dried tomato tortilla
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 slices provolone cheese
4 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Genoa Salami
½ cup chopped lettuce
2 tablespoons chopped roasted red bell peppers
1 tablespoon sliced pepperoncini
1 tablespoon chopped red onion


  1. Lay tortilla on plate or flat surface. Spread tortilla with mayonnaise.

  2. Layer cheese, salami, lettuce, and peppers and onion on tortilla. Fold sides of tortilla to center. Fold bottom of tortilla up.
