2 slices bread
2 tablespoons pizza sauce, plus extra to serve
¼ cup HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Pepperoni
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 slices green bell pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil


  1. Spread 1 slice bread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni slices, cheese and bell pepper. Top with remaining bread slice. Brush with olive oil on each side. Place in hot panini press or two-sided grill.

  2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bread is golden and filling is hot. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra pizza sauce, if desired.
