|1½||pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Flavor Pork Tenderloin, cut into thin strips|
|1||teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot|
|1||cup (1 1/2-inch) pieces green onions|
|½||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir Fry Sauce|
|4||cups hot, cooked rice|
|¼||cup chopped peanuts|
In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and gingerroot; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned.
Add onions to wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
Spoon pork mixture over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
