|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|1||small onion, chopped|
|1||jalapeño pepper, chopped|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|2||(15-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili with Beans|
|8||ounces rigatoni pasta, uncooked|
|1||(15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained|
|2||cups beef or vegetable broth|
|1||cup shredded Mexican blend cheese|

In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and jalapeño pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is translucent. Stir in garlic, cumin and salt. Cook 1 minute.
Add chili, pasta, undrained tomatoes and broth. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese.
