This ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove the ham from the wrapper, place on platter and serve.

To Heat
• Remove ham from the package and place largest cut surface face down in a baking pan.
• Add 1/2 cup water to the pan.
• Cover pan securely with nonstick foil.
• Bake at 325º F for 20 minutes per pound or until warmed through. If glazing ham, prepare glaze as instructed below.

FOR OPTIMUM TENDERNESS, DO NOT OVERCOOK!
The optimum serving temperature for ham is 135ºF-140ºF.

To Glaze
• Turn oven temperature to 425º F.
• Mix contents of glaze packet with 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of water.
• Remove ham from oven and carefully drain or spoon excess ham juices/drippings from the pan.
• Spoon the prepared glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
• Place ham in oven, and heat for 5-10 minutes or until glaze is set.
• Slice ham, serve and enjoy!
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cure 81 is the best I have purchased smaller Cure 81 hams over the years because they have a great flavor and are relative free of gristle and fat. My father-in-law who was a meat cutter and supermarket meat manager was also very impressed. I consider them the kobe beef of hams. I have gotten 2 of these around Christmas and was not dissappointed. The spiral slicing is great for dinner or for slices for sandwiches.
