INGREDIENTS


1 (18-ounce) package HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Superfoods Hash 6 corn tostada shells * 6 Eggs, prepared as desired Toppings: Pico de gallo, sour cream, fresh avocado, guacamole, queso fresco cheese

DIRECTIONS


Prepare hash as package directs; set aside.  In same skillet, prepare eggs as desired (fried, over easy or scrambled)  Place prepared hash on each tostada shell.  Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.  Serves 6.
* Optional:  Filling may be used for breakfast burritos or use to top corn tortilla chips for breakfast nachos.
