INGREDIENTS


  • 6 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 ½ cups (6-ounces) shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup HORMEL® PILLOW PACK® Pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped yellow or red onion
  • Torn fresh cilantro and/or fresh lime wedges, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1.       Heat oven to 400ºF. Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a large cast-iron skillet or 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese; top with half of pepperoni, olives, green pepper, and onion. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
2.       Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot, sprinkled with cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice.
