INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Herb Rubbed Italian Style Beef Roast au Jus
  • 2 (10¾-ounce) cans condensed beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sweet pepper blend vegetables
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 4 teaspoons snipped fresh basil plus additional shredded basil for garnish

DIRECTIONS


PREP: Cut HORMEL® Herb Rubbed Italian Style Beef Roast au Jus into bite-size pieces.
 
COOK: In 3-quart saucepan, combine beef roast with au jus, soup and frozen vegetables. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk and 4 teaspoons basil. Heat through. Top each serving with additional shredded basil.
