Spinach, Pork and Avocado Taco Breakfast Bagel

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ to ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 everything (or whole grain) bagel, split and toasted
  • 3 ounces (¼, 12-ounce package) HORMEL® Taco Meats Shredded Pork, heated according to package directions.
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 6 baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons LA VICTORIA® Hot Salsa Ranchera

DIRECTIONS


  1. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack egg into pan and sprinkle with a little salt. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until white has set or egg is cooked to your liking.
  2. Arrange avocado over bottom half of bagel. Top with pork, cheese, egg, spinach and salsa. Replace bagel top.
