HORMEL® CURE 81® Ready To Carve Boneless Ham

Available in half and quarter hams.

This ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove the ham from the wrapper, place on platter and serve.

To Warm: 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F 
Remove ham from the package and place fat side up in a shallow baking pan 
Add ½ cup water to the pan 
Cover pan securely with nonstick foil 
Warm at 325º F for about 1 hour, or until warmed through. 
Serve and enjoy! 
For optimum tenderness, do not overcook! The optimum serving temperature for ham is 135ºF-140ºF.
