Apple Crisp Stuffed Baked Apple

INGREDIENTS
cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
6 Fuji apples
Whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 2.2-quart or 8x11-inch baking dish.
In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry cutter or 2 forks until mixture is crumbly. Cut tops off apples and scoop out pulp, leaving about ¼-inch border; discard pulp. Fill hollowed apples with brown sugar mixture; place apples in prepared baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is browned. Serve with whipped topping.
