Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast
  • 1.5 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 4 thick slices of French bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese salad dressing
  • celery sticks

DIRECTIONS


1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and cheddar cheese.  Stir until smooth. 
2. Combine chicken and hot sauce. 
3. Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on two bread slices.  Spoon chicken or cheese.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Cover with remaining bread slices. 
4. Spread outside of each sandwich with butter.  Place sandwich in skillet.  Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. 
5. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
