Creamy Lemon Garlic Pork Alfredo

Creamy Lemon Garlic Pork Alfredo

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (24-ounce) package HORMEL® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ (16-ounce) package refrigerated egg noodle fettuccine
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated spinach noodle fettuccine
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar prepared Alfredo sauce

DIRECTIONS


1. In large skillet, in oil, sauté pork until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, prepare fettuccine as package directs.
3. During last 2 minutes of cooking; add broccoli.
4. Heat sauce as package directs.
5. Drain pasta and vegetables.
6. Place pasta in a large serving dish. Toss with cooked pork and Alfredo sauce.
