INGREDIENTS


¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups cubed HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham
1 small head cabbage, shredded
½ English cucumber, halved and sliced
½ cup sliced celery
½ cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS


1. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper.
2. In large bowl, place ham, cabbage, cucumber, celery, red pepper, and green onions. Pour mayonnaise mixture over ham mixture; toss to coat.
