Garlic and Ginger Glazed Sticky Pork Belly Bites

INGREDIENTS


½ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 (16-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Pork Belly Bites
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
½ cup sliced green onions, divided
Cooked white rice

DIRECTIONS


  1. In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
  2. In large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium high heat, cook pork belly bites 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Remove all but 1 tablespoon fat. Add garlic, ginger and ¼ cup green onion, and cook 1 minutes or until fragrant. Add honey mixture, bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. 
  3. Stir in pork belly bites, tossing to coat. Serve over rice. Garnish with remaining green onions.
