  • 1 HORMEL® CURE 81® Bone-In Half Ham
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • Rosemary sprigs (optional)


PREP: In medium saucepan, combine glaze packet from HORMEL® CURE 81® Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham, marmalade, lime juice, honey, soy sauce and, if desired, ginger. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Divide mixture in half.
COOK: Brush ham all over with half of marmalade mixture. Place ham on a rack in a foil-lined shallow roasting pan. Bake according to package directions, brushing with remaining half of marmalade mixture every 15 minutes for the last hour of baking.
SERVE: If desired, garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
